From production facilities to product longevity, we are focused on reducing our environmental footprint, upholding ethical standards, and driving measurable improvements through initiatives like the HIGG Index.
The path ahead
Our offices in Shanghai manage all production facilities, monitoring labor and business practices, and ensuring all factories operate to the highest standards of social auditing, ethical sourcing and exploration of renewable energy sources.
All our factories are registered to the HIGG index, take part in 3rd party training to ensure accurate reporting, and provide regular information to our team in Shanghai, who monitor their ongoing developments, and improvements across all facilities.
All factories have now completed the Facility Environmental Module portion of the HIGG Index for performance in the year of 2022. Work is already underway to evaluate advancements made throughout last year, especially in those areas highlighted for focus.
In addition, we are working with all of our rented and owned facilities to reduce scope 3 carbon emissions and electric usage annually. We are also purchasing renewable energy credits.
